Terms of Service for IMT Store

This document serves as a legally binding agreement between you and International Medical Tour Co., governing your use of the online store www.intermedtour.net/store (hereafter referred to as IMT Store). By accessing or using the services provided on the IMT Store platform, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement is entered into between you (hereafter referred to as the Client) and International Medical Tour Co. (hereafter referred to as the Administrator), operating the IMT Store. The company is registered at:
890-0056, Japan, Kagoshima Prefecture, Kagoshima City, Take 2-Chome, 42-6, Obo Building, 2F, with registration number 3400-01-011315.

1.2. The purpose of this agreement is to ensure the rights of both the Client and the Administrator, as well as to define the responsibilities of each party.

1.3. These terms apply to any use of the IMT Store, including but not limited to placing orders, making payments, providing personal data, consulting, or engaging with other services (hereafter referred to as Services).

1.4. All medications sold on the IMT Store are intended for personal use only.

1.5. The Administrator assumes no liability if the Client fails to familiarize themselves with these terms, despite having access to them.

1.6. The Administrator reserves the right to unilaterally amend this agreement. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website. By continuing to use the IMT Store after amendments are published, the Client consents to the changes. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will govern the transaction.

2. Formation of the Purchase Agreement

2.1. The purchase agreement is deemed concluded once the Client has selected items, agreed to the terms of service by ticking the relevant box, and clicked the "Place Order" button.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. The Client must pay for and accept the ordered items.

3.2. The Client is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other charges associated with importing the items if the shipment exceeds the allowed limits.

3.3. The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when placing orders and must update their information in case of changes.

4. Administrator Responsibilities

4.1. The Administrator must provide all necessary conditions for the Client to use the IMT Store.

4.2. The Administrator must deliver the ordered items to the specified address within the stated delivery timeframe. If delivery is delayed, the Administrator must inform the Client or offer an alternative product. If the Client refuses the alternative, the Administrator must refund the payment within 24 hours.

4.3. The Administrator guarantees that the delivered items will meet quality standards and have valid expiration dates.

5. Pricing and Delivery

5.1. Delivery costs are not included in the listed prices of items and will be added during checkout unless otherwise specified in promotional offers.

5.2. The final price, including delivery and VAT, is displayed on the IMT Store website.

5.3. Items are delivered by a courier or authorized representative (hereafter referred to as the Courier).

5.4. Upon delivery, the Client must inspect the items with the Courier. Once the delivery document is signed, it is considered that the items were received in good condition. If damages are found, the Client must write a damage report, after which the Administrator will replace the items.

6. Returns

6.1. Items that have cleared customs in the Client's country are non-returnable.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. By registering, the Client provides personal information to the Administrator, which is stored and processed in accordance with Japan's Personal Data Protection Law.

7.2. The Administrator uses the Client’s information solely for order fulfillment.

7.3. The Client consents to the use of their contact information for promotional purposes unless they explicitly opt out in writing.

7.4. The Administrator collects, organizes, and manages personal data in compliance with Japanese law.

7.5. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except those involved in the order fulfillment process or as required by law.

7.6. By registering or placing an order, the Client confirms they are of legal age.

7.7. The Client is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

7.8. The Administrator is not liable for lost login information unless caused by the IMT Store system.

7.9. The Administrator reserves the right to limit or suspend the Client’s access to services without prior notice.

8. Order Cancellation

8.1. Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 10 days.

8.2. Paid but undelivered orders can be canceled by the Client, and the Administrator must refund the payment.

8.3. Delivered orders cannot be canceled.

9. Liability

9.1. The Client is responsible for providing accurate registration details.

9.2. The Client is liable for any actions taken using the IMT Store services.

9.3. The Administrator is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the purchased items.

11. Dispute Resolution
