Zafatek Tablets 100mg
Generic name: Trelagliptin Succinate
Manufactured by: Teijin Pharma
Description
This medication inhibits DPP-4, an enzyme that breaks down incretin hormones responsible for regulating blood glucose levels. By blocking DPP-4, the medication helps stimulate insulin secretion when blood glucose levels are elevated, leading to improved blood glucose control. It is commonly prescribed for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
