Transino Medicated Whitening Repair Cream EX is a Japanese quasi-drug skincare cream from Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare. Its active whitening ingredient is tranexamic acid, combined with moisturising components in a cream base. It is supplied in a 35 g jar.

Purpose

A medicated (quasi-drug) whitening night cream in a gel-like texture: the active tranexamic acid helps prevent spots and freckles by suppressing melanin production, and dipotassium glycyrrhizate helps prevent rough skin.

Ingredients

Gel-like cream, 35 g.
Active ingredients: tranexamic acid, dipotassium glycyrrhizate.
Other ingredients: sodium trehalose sulfate, polymethacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine solution, Isodon japonicus extract-1, mulberry extract, calcium D-pantetheine sulfonate solution, yarrow extract, Geranium thunbergii extract, rooibos (Aspalathus linearis) extract, ectoin, water, ethanol, anhydrous ethanol, glycerin, orange flower water, magnesium sulfate, BG, petrolatum, PEG(30), cetyl ethylhexanoate, disteardimonium hectorite, cyclopentasiloxane, POE-dimethicone copolymer, glycosyl trehalose / hydrogenated starch hydrolysate solution, phenoxyethanol, methylparaben.

How to use

At night, after preparing the skin with lotion, take a suitable amount (about one large pearl) and smooth it gently over the skin.

Cautions

Watch carefully for any skin problem while using it. If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, loss of colour (white patches, etc.), darkening or other abnormalities appear during use, or if the same appear where treated skin has been exposed to direct sunlight, stop using it and consult a dermatologist; continued use may make the symptoms worse.
Do not use on areas with wounds, swellings, eczema or other problems.
If your skin is sensitive, first apply a little to the soft skin of the inner arm and check that no redness or itching appears.
If it gets into the eyes, rinse them out at once.
Keep out of the reach of infants and children.

Storage
