Indications

Pigmentation spots (limited to melasma)

Ingredients & form

Tablets.
Active ingredients per 4 tablets (daily dose):
Tranexamic acid 750 mg
L-cysteine 240 mg
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 300 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 6 mg
Calcium pantothenate 24 mg
Nicotinamide 40 mg
Additives: calcium lactate, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol, talc, titanium oxide, ferric oxide, carnauba wax.
Note: taking this product may affect urine and stool test results. If you have a medical examination, tell the doctor that you are taking a preparation containing vitamin C.

Dosage

Take the following dose with water or warm water.
Adults (15 years and older): 2 tablets per dose, 2 times a day after meals.
Children under 15 years: do not take.
Notes on dosage and administration:
(1) Strictly follow the directions and dosage.
(2) To remove a tablet, press the raised part of the PTP sheet firmly with a fingertip to break the aluminium foil on the back, then take the tablet. (Swallowing the sheet by mistake may cause accidents such as the sharp edges piercing the oesophageal mucosa.)

Warnings

Do not:
1. The following persons must not take this product: persons undergoing dialysis (convulsions may occur).
2. While taking this product, do not take other oral medicines containing tranexamic acid.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist:
1. Before use, if you:
- are receiving treatment from a doctor or dentist;
- are pregnant or may be pregnant;
- are breastfeeding;
- are 55 years of age or older;
- have ever had an allergic reaction to medicines or other substances;
- have thrombosis (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis, pulmonary embolism, etc.);
- are at risk of thrombosis (have had thrombosis before, have a family member who has had thrombosis, have been told by a doctor that you have a congenital coagulation disorder, or are taking medicines that may cause thrombosis, such as oral contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy);
- have been diagnosed with kidney disease.
2. Stop taking immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist, taking this leaflet with you, if the following symptoms appear after use, as they may be side effects:
- Skin: rash, redness, itching
- Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, heartburn
- Circulatory system: palpitations
- Nervous system: headache, dizziness
3. Stop taking and consult a doctor or pharmacist, taking this leaflet with you, if the following symptom continues or worsens: diarrhoea.
4. If it is difficult to tell whether your pigmentation spots are melasma (the indication of this product), or if you have spot-like lesions that are dark, uneven in colour or raised, consult a dermatologist.
Other precautions:
1. This product contains an ingredient that makes blood clots (thrombi) harder to dissolve. Therefore, watch for early symptoms of thrombosis*.
*Early symptoms of thrombosis include: severe headache, slurred speech, tightening chest pain lasting 10 minutes or more, sudden shortness of breath, pain or swelling in one calf, sudden unexplained difficulty breathing, transient loss of consciousness with chest pain, etc.
2. Do not take continuously for more than 2 months. However, take it for about 1 month as a guide to judge its effect.
3. If spots recur after stopping, you may take it again, but leave a gap of at least 2 months before resuming. After resuming, do not take continuously for more than 2 months.
4. The degree of improvement varies between individuals, and this product is not effective for everyone. Even when it is effective, the spots do not disappear completely.

Storage

Store in a cool place with low humidity, away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or a change in quality).
The inner bag (aluminium bag) contains an activated charcoal sheet. Do not swallow it.
Do not use the product after the stated expiry date. Even before the expiry date, use promptly once the inner aluminium bag has been opened.
