Purpose

Ingredients

Powder, 126 g (with zip closure; contains a desiccant).
Ingredients: fish collagen peptide (contains gelatin) (made in Japan), milk calcium (contains milk), amla fruit powder, lingonberry juice, hyaluronic acid, cherry blossom extract powder, tomato seed extract powder / trehalose, vitamin C, sweetener (stevia), flavouring.
Main ingredients per serving (6 g): collagen 5,000 mg, hyaluronic acid 1 mg.
Nutrition per serving (6 g): energy 22 kcal, protein 5.6 g, fat 0 g, carbohydrate 0.005–1.8 g, salt equivalent 0.01–0.81 g, vitamin C 100 mg.

How to use

As a guide, take about 6 g (a little over 1 tablespoon) once a day, dissolved in a drink or food of your choice and mixed well.

Cautions

- Keep to the daily intake guide.
- Remove any powder from the zip before closing it firmly; powder on the zip makes it hard to close.
- Do not put a wet spoon into the bag.
- Depending on what it is dissolved in, the mixture may turn cloudy or form layers over time; this does not affect quality. If layers form, mix well again before consuming.
- Consume soon after dissolving.
- Putting the powder straight into the mouth may cause choking.
- Take care not to cut yourself on the cut edge or corners of the bag.
- The bag contains a desiccant; do not eat it by mistake.
- Check the ingredients; people with food allergies should not consume it.
- People under treatment for an illness, pregnant or breast-feeding women, and infants and children should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
- Rarely it may not suit your constitution or condition; if so, stop taking it at once and consult a doctor.
- Because of the nature of the raw materials, dark specks or variations in colour and smell may appear; this does not affect quality.
- Base your diet on a balance of staple foods, main dishes and side dishes.

Storage

After opening, close the zip firmly, store away from direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and consume soon.
