Placenwhiter Medicated Whitening Eye Cream is a Japanese quasi-drug eye cream from Meishoku Cosmetics. It is formulated with placenta extract as its active whitening ingredient in a rich cream base for the skin around the eyes. It is supplied in a 30 g jar.

Purpose

A medicated (quasi-drug) whitening eye cream: the active placenta extract suppresses melanin production to help prevent spots, and it moisturises the eye area and other areas prone to fine dryness lines.

How to use

Morning and night, after preparing the skin with lotion and cream, take a suitable amount on the fingertip and smooth it gently into the skin. Besides the eye area, it can be used on other areas of concern such as the nasolabial lines.
