Allergens (of 28 items): soybean, gelatin. Vitamin K2 is removed from the natto bacillus culture extract during manufacture.

How to use

As a guide, take 2 capsules a day, without chewing, with water or hot water. Keep to a balanced diet based on staple foods, main dishes and side dishes.

If you have a food allergy, check the ingredients before taking it.
Rarely, it may not suit your constitution or physical condition (rash, stomach discomfort, etc.); if so, stop taking it.
The capsules may stick together, and the colour may change because of the raw materials; this does not affect the quality.
