Main ingredients per 6 g: collagen peptide 5,000 mg (concentrated collagen makes up 4.2% of the collagen; equivalent to 11,000 mg of collagen calculated as PO and OG), low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid 20 mg, glucosamine 100 mg, ceramide 200 µg. The collagen peptide is made from pig and cattle raw materials.
Nutrition per 6 g: energy 23 kcal, protein 5.8 g, fat 0 g, carbohydrate 0–0.55 g, salt equivalent 0–0.1 g.

How to use

As a guide, about 6 g a day (about 1 heaped tablespoon, or 3 heaped teaspoons), dissolved in water, hot water or any drink you like; it can also be added to dishes and can be dissolved in hot drinks.
