Description
This anticancer medication works by inhibiting key kinases involved in tumor growth and angiogenesis, thereby suppressing tumor proliferation and vascularization. It is typically prescribed for the treatment of the following conditions:
Radically unresectable thyroid carcinoma
Unresectable thymic carcinoma
Unresectable or metastatic renal cell carcinoma
Unresectable advanced or recurrent endometrial carcinoma that has progressed after prior cancer chemotherapy
This targeted therapy is indicated for patients with difficult-to-treat cancers where surgical options are not viable. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions for use.

Dosing schedule/Directions
Your dosing schedule must be determined and supervised by your doctor or healthcare provider.
For adults with unresectable thyroid carcinoma or unresectable thymic carcinoma:
The recommended dose is 24 mg of the active ingredient once daily. Dosage adjustments may be made based on your clinical condition or tolerance.
Each capsule contains 4 mg of the active ingredient. Follow your healthcare provider’s instructions exactly.
For adults with unresectable or metastatic renal cell carcinoma or unresectable advanced/recurrent endometrial carcinoma (that has progressed following prior cancer chemotherapy):
The standard dose is 20 mg of the active ingredient once daily, used in combination with pembrolizumab (genetical recombination). Dose adjustments may be required depending on your response and side effects.
Each capsule contains 4 mg of the active ingredient. Always adhere strictly to the prescribed regimen.
Missed Dose:
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if your next scheduled dose is near, skip the missed dose. Do not take two doses at once.
Overdose:
In the event of an accidental overdose, seek immediate medical advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not discontinue this medication without your healthcare provider’s instruction.

Possible Adverse Reactions
Common side effects may include:
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Hypothyroidism, with symptoms such as fatigue, puffy eyelids, cold intolerance, weight gain, sleepiness, constipation, hoarseness, or hair loss
Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite
Fatigue or weight loss
Proteinuria (cloudy urine)
Joint pain
Hand-foot syndrome: pain, redness, swelling, blistering, or skin peeling on palms and soles

Serious and Rare Adverse Reactions
The following symptoms may indicate a serious reaction. Stop taking the medicine immediately and seek medical attention if you experience:

Storing Conditions
