Indications
- Relief of headache, menstrual cramps (menstrual pain), toothache, pain after tooth extraction, throat pain, lower back pain, joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, stiff neck pain, earache, bruise pain, fracture pain, sprain pain, and traumatic pain
- Relief of fever when feeling chills and being feverish
Ingredients and dosage form
a slightly rose pink film-coated tablet. Two tablets contain the following ingredients.
- Loxoprofen sodium hydrate 68.1 mg (60 mg as anhydrate)
- allylisopropylacetylurea 60 mg
- anhydrous caffeine 50mg
- magnesium meta-aluminosilicate 100mg
Other ingredients : lactose, cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, CMC-Na, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium oxide, talc, iron sesquioxide, carnauba wax
Dosing schedule/Directions
Adults (15 years old or older) : 2 tablets Up to twice.
When symptoms appear, take the tablets avoiding hungry time if possible. When symptoms reappear, one more dose, totally three times, is available. Have at least four-hour interval between doses.
Under 15 years old : Do not use
Warnings
Things to avoid (If you fail to follow these precautions, your present symptoms may worsen, or side effects may occur more readily.)
1. This product should not be used by the following persons:
(1) Persons who have had allergic symptoms with this product or its ingredients.
(2) Persons who have developed asthma after taking this product, other antipyretic analgesics or common cold medicines.
(3) Children under 15 years
(4) Persons who are receiving treatment at medical institutions for the following conditions: Gastric/duodenal ulcer, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease
(5) Persons who have been indicated by doctor to have a blood abnormality (blood disease) such as a low red blood cell count (anemia), low platelet count (difficulty in stopping bleeding or easy to bleed) or low white blood cell count
(6) Pregnant women who are scheduled to give birth within 12 weeks.
2. Do not use any of the following medicines while taking this product: Other antipyretic analgesics, common cold medicines, sedatives and motion sickness medicines.
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machines after taking this product. (Sleepiness or such may occur.)
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this product.
5. Do not use this product continuously for a long term. (If symptoms such as pain repeatedly occur even after 3 to 5 days of use, discontinue use, and see a doctor.)
The following persons should consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist before use:
(1) Persons who are receiving medical treatment from a doctor or dentist.
(2) Women who are pregnant or considered to be pregnant.
(3) Women who are breastfeeding.
(4) Elderly people.
(5) Persons who have had allergic symptoms with medicines or such.
(6) Persons who have been diagnosed as the following conditions: Bronchial asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease
(7) Persons who have had the following diseases: Gastric/duodenal ulcer, liver disease, kidney disease, blood disease

Store in a cold, dark, dry place away from children.

Do not use:
1. Do not take this product if you:
- have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients;
- have ever had asthma after taking this product, other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines;
- are a child under 15 years of age;
- are being treated at a medical institution for gastric/duodenal ulcer, liver disease, kidney disease or heart disease;
- have been told by a doctor that you have a blood disorder such as a low red blood cell count (anaemia), low platelet count (bleeding easily) or low white blood cell count;
- are pregnant and within 12 weeks of the expected delivery date.
2. While taking this product, do not take other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, sedatives or motion-sickness medicines.
3. Do not drive vehicles or operate machinery after taking it (drowsiness may occur).
4. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking it.
5. Do not take it continuously for a long time (if pain or other symptoms keep recurring after 3–5 days of use, stop and see a doctor).
Consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist before use if you:
- are under the care of a doctor or dentist;
- are pregnant or may be pregnant;
- are breast-feeding;
- are elderly;
- have ever had an allergic reaction to any medicine;
- have been diagnosed with bronchial asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease;
- have had gastric/duodenal ulcer, liver disease, kidney disease or a blood disorder.
Stop use at once and consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist if after taking it:
- an excessive drop in body temperature, weakness or cold hands and feet appear;
- a peptic ulcer or swelling appears; rarely, serious gastrointestinal bleeding (vomiting blood, nausea, abdominal pain, black tarry or bloody stools), gastrointestinal perforation, or narrowing/obstruction of the small or large intestine may occur — see a doctor immediately;
- skin: rash/redness, itching; digestive: abdominal pain, stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, bloating, heartburn, mouth sores, indigestion; circulation: raised blood pressure, palpitations; nervous system: drowsiness, numbness, dizziness, headache; other: chest pain, fatigue, facial flushing, fever, anaemia, blood in urine.
Rarely the following serious conditions may occur — see a doctor immediately: shock (anaphylaxis); blood disorders; Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, erythema multiforme, acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis; kidney damage; congestive heart failure; myocardial infarction; cerebrovascular disorder; interstitial pneumonia; liver dysfunction; rhabdomyolysis; aseptic meningitis (reported mostly in people treated for SLE or mixed connective tissue disease); asthma.
If dry mouth, constipation or diarrhoea continue or worsen, stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
If symptoms do not improve after 1–2 doses (another disease may be the cause), stop use and consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist.
Storage
Store in a cool place with little humidity, away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or change the quality).
Do not use after the expiry date shown. Once the aluminium bag is opened, use within 12 months; write the opening date in the box's «date opened» field.
