Indications

Period pain, irregular periods, hysteria, lower back pain, headache, anaemia, sensitivity to cold, chi-no-michi-sho*1, stiff shoulders, dizziness, palpitations, koshike*2.
*1 Chi-no-michi-sho: mental and nervous symptoms such as anxiety and irritability, and physical symptoms, that accompany hormonal fluctuations in women during menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, menopause, etc.
*2 Koshike: vaginal discharge (leucorrhoea).

Ingredients & form

Per 12 tablets (daily dose):
Japanese angelica root powder 300 mg
Cnidium rhizome powder 200 mg
Peony root powder 300 mg
Poria sclerotium powder 200 mg
Atractylodes lancea rhizome powder 200 mg
Alisma rhizome powder 150 mg
Cinnamon bark powder 200 mg
Moutan bark powder 200 mg
Rhubarb powder 200 mg
Peach kernel powder 100 mg
Ginseng powder 50 mg
Additives: aluminium silicate, talc, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, gelatin, gum arabic, sucrose, beeswax, carnauba wax.
Form: tablets.

Dosage

Ages 15 and over: 4 tablets per dose, 3 times a day after each meal, with water or warm water.
Do not use under 15 years of age.
Precautions related to dosage and administration:
(1) Strictly follow the specified dosage and administration.
(2) The tablets absorb moisture easily; close the cap tightly after each use.

Warnings

Do not (not following this may worsen current symptoms or make side effects more likely):
Breastfeeding women should not take this product, or should avoid breastfeeding while taking it.
Consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller before use:
(1) People under a doctor's treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant.
(3) People who have had allergic symptoms from medicines etc.
(4) People with a weak constitution (reduced stamina, physically frail).
(5) People with weak stomach and intestines who are prone to diarrhoea.
If the following symptoms appear after taking, they may be side effects: stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller, taking this leaflet with you:
Skin: rash, redness, itching.
Digestive system: stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea, constipation, diarrhoea with severe abdominal pain, abdominal pain.
The following symptom may appear after taking; if it persists or worsens, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller, taking this leaflet with you: diarrhoea.
If symptoms do not improve after taking for some time, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller, taking this leaflet with you.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool place with low humidity, away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or a change in quality).
Do not handle the product with wet hands.
The packing inside the container is to prevent breakage in transport; discard it when opening.
Do not swallow the desiccant.
