Indications

Menopausal disorders, menopausal neurosis, chi-no-michi-sho*, hot flushes, irregular periods, menstrual disorders, period pain, stiff shoulders, sensitivity to cold, rough skin, dizziness, tinnitus, palpitations, anaemia, acne, constipation, hysteria, leucorrhoea (vaginal discharge), before and after childbirth, lower abdominal and lower back pain, blood pressure abnormalities, headache, heavy-headedness.
*Chi-no-michi-sho: mental and nervous symptoms such as anxiety and irritability, and physical symptoms, that accompany hormonal fluctuations in women during menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, menopause, etc.

Rhubarb powder 175 mg
Japanese valerian powder 207 mg
Cinnamon bark powder 170 mg
Cnidium rhizome powder 100 mg
Atractylodes lancea rhizome powder 100 mg
Peony root powder 300 mg
Poria sclerotium powder 175 mg
Japanese angelica root powder 300 mg
Cyperus rhizome powder 50 mg
Evodia fruit 40 mg
Pinellia tuber 75 mg
Ginseng powder 40 mg
Safflower 50 mg
Thiamine chloride hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 5 mg
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 0.5 mg
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 1 µg
Calcium pantothenate 5 mg
Folic acid 0.5 mg
Taurine 90 mg
dl-alpha-tocopherol succinate (vitamin E) 5 mg
Calcium hydrogen phosphate hydrate 10 mg
Biotin 1 µg
Purified soybean lecithin 10 mg
Additives: aluminium silicate, magnesium stearate, shellac, talc, calcium carbonate, titanium oxide, potato starch, gelatin, sucrose, erythrosine, New Coccine, Sunset Yellow FCF, beeswax, carnauba wax.
Form: small sugar-coated tablets.

Dosage

Ages 15 and over: 4 tablets per dose, 3 times a day after each meal, with water or warm water.
Do not use under 15 years of age.
Precautions related to dosage and administration:
(1) Strictly follow the specified dosage and administration.
(2) The tablets absorb moisture easily; close the cap tightly after each use.

Warnings

Do not (not following this may worsen current symptoms or make side effects more likely):
Breastfeeding women should not take this product, or should avoid breastfeeding while taking it.
Consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller before use:
(1) People under a doctor's treatment.
(2) Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant.
(3) People who have had allergic symptoms from medicines etc.
(4) People with a weak constitution (reduced stamina, physically frail).
(5) People with weak stomach and intestines who are prone to diarrhoea.
If the following symptoms appear after taking, they may be side effects: stop taking immediately and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller, taking this leaflet with you:
Skin: rash, redness, itching.
Digestive system: stomach discomfort, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea with severe abdominal pain, abdominal pain.
The following symptoms may appear after taking; if they persist or worsen, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller, taking this leaflet with you: constipation, diarrhoea.
If symptoms do not improve after taking for some time, stop taking and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller, taking this leaflet with you.
After taking, periods may come earlier than expected or menstrual flow may become somewhat heavier. If bleeding continues for a long time, consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller, taking this leaflet with you.

Storage

Store tightly closed in a cool place with low humidity, away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or a change in quality).
Do not handle the product with wet hands.
Do not swallow the desiccant.
