Purpose

A food supplement in soft capsules of plasmalogen, a phospholipid, extracted from Japanese scallops (the toxin-bearing gut part removed). Not a medicine.

Ingredients

Soft capsules: 26.4 g (60 capsules × 440 mg), about 30 days.
Ingredients: olive oil (made in Spain), vegetable oil containing vitamin E, scallop extract (plasmalogen) / gelatin, glycerin.
Per 2 capsules (0.88 g): energy 6.36 kcal, protein 0.23 g, fat 0.58 g, carbohydrate 0.06 g, sodium 0 mg (salt equivalent 0–0.00034 g).

How to use

As a guide, take 2 capsules a day with water (60 capsules last about 30 days). Taking more at once brings no extra benefit; keep to the guide amount.

Cautions

Check the ingredients and do not take it if you have a food allergy to any of them (contains scallop and gelatin).
Pregnant or breast-feeding women and children should not take it.
