Heme Iron & Vitamins is a processed food containing heme iron and vitamins, made in Japan by ogaland. Each 350 mg tablet, the daily amount, provides heme iron 175 mg (iron 3.5 mg), vitamin C 34 mg, vitamin B6 0.9 mg, folic acid 87 µg and vitamin B12 1.7 µg. It is labelled as a Food with Nutrient Function Claims for iron, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12; one pack holds 30 tablets, about a one-month supply.

Purpose

A food supplement of heme iron (from pork) with vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folic acid, in tablets (a Food with Nutrient Function Claims for iron, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12).

Ingredients

Ingredients: reduced maltose syrup (made in Japan) / heme iron (from pork), crystalline cellulose, vitamin C, HPC, calcium stearate, fine silicon dioxide, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12.
Tablets. Content: 350 mg × 30 tablets (about a one-month supply).

How to use

As a guide, take 1 tablet a day.
