GABA is a processed food containing GABA, made in Japan by ogaland and registered as a Food with Function Claims (notification no. D607). One 340 mg capsule, the daily amount, contains 28 mg of GABA, with linseed oil, St John's wort extract powder, Asian ginseng extract powder and sardine peptide. One bag holds 30 capsules (10.2 g), about a one-month supply.

How to use

As a guide, take 1 capsule a day with water or lukewarm water.
