Fucoidan 30 days is a DHC supplement containing mekabu (wakame sporophyll) extract, concentrated and refined to a fucoidan content of 80% or more; fucoidan is a polysaccharide found in the slimy part of seaweed. Supplied as 60 tablets of 330 mg (19.8 g), a 30-day supply at 2 tablets a day.

Purpose

A food containing mekabu extract powder, with fucoidan concentrated from seaweed.

Ingredients

Tablets: 19.8 g (330 mg × 60 tablets); 30 days at 2 tablets a day. Tablet size: about 9.0 mm long, about 5.3 mm thick.
Ingredients: mekabu extract powder (made in Japan), reduced maltose starch syrup, starch / cellulose, sucrose fatty acid ester, shellac.
Nutrition per 2 tablets (660 mg): energy 2.5 kcal, protein 0.01 g, fat 0.05 g, carbohydrate 0.50 g, salt equivalent 0.016 g; mekabu extract powder 300 mg (fucoidan 80%).

How to use

As a guide, take 2 tablets a day. Swallow them whole, without chewing, with water or lukewarm water. Keep to a balanced diet based on staple foods, main dishes and side dishes.
