How to use

As a guide, take 3 tablets a day. Keep to a balanced diet based on staple foods, main dishes and side dishes.

Cautions

Taking a large amount will not cure disease or further improve health.
Too much zinc may hinder the absorption of copper; avoid excessive intake.
Keep to the daily guide amount.
Infants and children (under 18) should not take it.
Women within the first 3 months of pregnancy or planning a pregnancy should take care not to take too much vitamin A.
If you are under medical treatment or taking medicine, consult your doctor before taking it.
Rarely, it may not suit your condition or constitution; in that case stop taking it.
Vitamin B2 may turn the urine yellow.
