Purpose

A DHA supplement (a food, not a medicine) with ginkgo leaf extract, for people who seldom eat fish or want to balance their diet.

Ingredients

Soft capsules: 240 capsules (60 days).
Per 4 capsules (daily guide): energy 14 kcal, protein 0.51 g, fat 1.3 g, carbohydrate 0.01–0.3 g, salt equivalent 0.00025–0.0076 g; DHA 500 mg, EPA 65 mg, ginkgo leaf extract powder 12 mg.
Ingredients: DHA-containing refined fish oil (from tuna and bonito; made in Japan), yeast extract, ginkgo leaf extract powder, gelatin, glycerin, beeswax, emulsifier, antioxidant (vitamin E).
Allergen: gelatin.

How to use

4 soft capsules a day.

Cautions

Keep to the daily guide amount (4 capsules).
Check the ingredients and do not take it if you have a food allergy to any of them (contains gelatin; fish oil from tuna and bonito).
If you are under medical treatment or taking medicine, consult a doctor before taking it.
Pregnant or breast-feeding women, infants and children (under 18) should not take it.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Rarely it may not agree with you or cause a rash or other allergic reaction; stop taking it if so.
Ginkgo leaf extract and fish oil may increase the tendency to bleed: if you take blood-thinning or antiplatelet medicine, tell your doctor.
