Ingredients

Per daily amount (2 capsules): energy 6.4 kcal, protein 0.26 g, fat 0.47 g, carbohydrate 0.06–0.5 g, salt equivalent 0.0005–0.006 g; biotin 45 µg, vitamin C 80 mg, vitamin E 8.0 mg, vitamin B1 1.0 mg, vitamin B2 1.1 mg, vitamin B6 1.0 mg, vitamin B12 0.8–4.2 µg, niacin 11 mg, pantothenic acid 3.0–12.0 mg, folic acid 200 µg; also contains beta-carotene 450 µg (as vitamin A) and coenzyme Q10 90 mg.
Ingredients: olive oil (made in Spain), coenzyme Q10, yeast extract, vitamin E-containing vegetable oil, gelatin, glycerin, vitamin C, niacin, calcium pantothenate, beeswax, emulsifier, citric acid, beta-carotene, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12.
Allergen: gelatin.

2 capsules a day as a guide.
