It uses refined fish oil from bonito and tuna (the DHA-containing raw oil is tested for mercury) with added vitamin D; 3 capsules a day provide 350 mg of DHA and 10 µg of vitamin D. Purpose

A food to add to the mother's daily diet from pregnancy through the breastfeeding period.

Ingredients

Ingredients: refined fish oil (made in Japan), gelatin / glycerin, antioxidant (vitamin E), vitamin D (contains gelatin in part).
Allergen: gelatin. The manufacturing facility also produces products containing egg, milk, wheat, shrimp, crab and walnut.

How to use

As a guide, swallow 3 capsules a day with water or another drink.
