Description
By cyclooxygenase (COX-1) inhibition, this medicine blocks the synthesis of thromboxane A2 to inhibit platelet aggregation, which consequently prevents blood clotting and vessel clogging.
Usually, this medicine is used to prevent thrombus/embolus formation in angina, myocardial infarction, transient ischemic attacks or cerebral infarction and to inhibit thromboembolism after coronary artery bypass grafting or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty.

white enteric-coated tablet diameter: 7.3mm thickness: 3.2mm
Dosing schedule/Directions
Your dosing schedule must be written by a doctor or healthcare professional.
In general, adult patients take one tablet once daily (100 mg as major ingredient). Dosage may be increased to 3 tablets (300 mg as major ingredient) depending on the disease or the symptom to be treated. Always follow the dosage instruction.
This preparation is designed to dissolve and be absorbed slowly in intense, in order to lighten possible stomach disorder. Swallow down the medicine without cracking, crunching or grinding unless otherwise instructed. Do not take on an empty stomach.
When you find you missed taking this medicine, take a dose as soon as possible. However, do not take the dose if it is close to your next dosing time, and take a dose at the next dosing time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Warnings
Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you have gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, bleeding tendency, blood abnormality, asthma or history of asthma; or are planning to have a surgery or dental extraction.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Precautions while taking this medicine
Avoid taking this medicine with alcohol since it may induce / enhance gastrointestinal bleeding.
Possible adverse reactions to this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include gastrointestinal disorders, vomiting, hives, rash, edema, dizziness, headache, agitation, hyperventilation, malaise, anemia and platelet abnormalities (increased bleeding time). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
facial pallor/cold sweat, dizziness, respiratory distress[shock,anaphylaxis]
headache, vomiting of coffee-colored substance, black stools [bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract]
skin or mucosal sores, blister, fever [muco-cutaneo-ocular syndrome, toxic epidermal necrosis,exfoliative dermatitis]
breathlessness, wheezing/shortness of breath[asthma attack]
general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and the white of eyes[hepatic dysfunction, jaundice]

Storing Conditions
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
