Chewable tablets. Per 2 tablets: energy 5 kcal, protein 0.03 g, fat 0.08 g, sugars 1.2 g, dietary fibre 0.2 g, sodium 4.6 mg, calcium 160 mg, iron 2.5 mg, vitamin A 390–870 µg, vitamin B1 1.3 mg, vitamin B6 1.5 mg, vitamin B12 3.2 µg, folic acid 340 µg, pantothenic acid 5 mg, niacin 14 mg, vitamin C 145 mg, vitamin D 2.3–4.5 µg, vitamin E 1.4–2.9 mg. No preservatives. Flavours: berry yoghurt, lemon, pink grapefruit.

How to use

As a guide, take 2 tablets a day (the 60 tablets last about 30 days). The tablets are about 15 mm across and are chewed.

Cautions

Taking large amounts does not cure disease or improve health; keep to the recommended daily amount. In rare cases the product may not suit your constitution or condition; if so, stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Red, yellow or black specks may be visible on the tablets; these are particles of the raw materials, not a defect. Because natural ingredients are used, the colour may vary slightly; this does not indicate a quality problem.

Storage

Absorbs moisture easily: close the zip tightly after use and use up as soon as possible after opening. The pouch contains a desiccant. Keep out of the reach of children.
