Indications

Relief of shoulder pain associated with stiff shoulders, lower back pain, joint pain, muscle pain, tendovaginitis (hand/wrist pain), elbow pain (such as tennis elbow), bruises and sprains.

Ingredients & form

Liquid for external use with a sponge applicator. 100 g contains:
- Diclofenac sodium 1 g
- l-Menthol 5 g
- Tocopherol acetate 100 mg
- Nonivamide (vanillylamide nonanoate) 12 mg
- Benzyl nicotinate 10 mg
Additives: glycyrrhetinic acid, isopropyl myristate, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, lactic acid, ethanol.

Dosage

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 3–4 times a day. Do not cover the treated area with plastic wrap or anything else that does not breathe. Do not use together with other topical products containing this ingredient (diclofenac).
Precautions related to dosage:
(1) Strictly follow the directions.
(2) This product treats only symptoms such as pain and swelling, not the underlying disease; use it only while symptoms are present.
(3) For external use only; do not take internally.
(4) Do not use more than 50 g per week.
(5) Keep away from the eyes. If it gets into the eyes, rinse at once with water or lukewarm water; if symptoms are severe, see an eye doctor.
(6) Do not use other topical products on the treated area at the same time.
(7) Do not cover the treated area with non-breathable materials (plastic wrap, support belts, etc.) to seal it.
- People with especially sensitive skin should not use it repeatedly on the same spot.
- Applied before or after sweating (sport, bathing), it may cause stronger stinging, pain or heat; if strong, wash it off with soap.
A doctor's instructions prevail.

Warnings

Do not use:
1. Do not use this product if you:
- have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients;
- have ever had asthma;
- are pregnant or may be pregnant;
- are a child under 15 years of age.
2. Do not apply to: the area around the eyes or mucous membranes; sensitive skin (face, head, armpits, etc.); eczema, contact dermatitis or wounds; athlete's foot, ringworm or festering areas.
3. While using this product, do not use other topical anti-inflammatory analgesics.
4. Do not use continuously for a long time.
Consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller before use if you:
- are under a doctor's care;
- have ever had an allergic reaction to any medicine;
- are receiving new-quinolone antibacterials.
Stop use at once and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller, bringing the box, if during or after use the skin shows rash/redness, itching, contact dermatitis, swelling, pain, stinging, heat, roughness, scaling (dandruff-like peeling), blisters or pigmentation.
Rarely the following serious conditions may occur — see a doctor immediately:
- shock (anaphylaxis): itching, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations or clouded consciousness soon after use;
- contact dermatitis / photosensitivity: severe skin inflammation at the treated area with intense itching, rash, redness, swelling, stinging, blisters or sores, pigmentation or white patches, which may spread over the whole body; symptoms may appear or worsen where sunlight reaches the treated area.
If symptoms do not improve after 5–6 days of use, stop use and consult a doctor, pharmacist or registered seller, bringing the box.

Storage

(1) Store upright in its box with the cap tightly closed, in a cool, dark place with little humidity, away from direct sunlight.
(2) Keep away from fire (contains ethanol).
(3) Keep out of the reach of children.
(4) Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or change the quality).
(5) Do not use after the expiry date; once opened, use as soon as possible even within the expiry date.
- If the cap is not tightly closed, the liquid may leak.
- If it gets on clothing, wash it promptly following the garment's care label.
