Purpose

Ajinomoto Amino Vital GOLD: amino-acid granules (a food, not a medicine) in single sticks with 2,470 mg of BCAA (valine, leucine, isoleucine) and 1,540 mg of other amino acids per stick, for athletes with goals in exercise or sport.

Ingredients

Granules in sticks: 141 g (4.7 g × 30 sticks).
Per stick: BCAA 2,470 mg, other amino acids 1,540 mg; energy 18.7 kcal, protein 4.0 g, fat 0.09 g, carbohydrate 0.4 g, salt equivalent 0.001 g.
Ingredients: reduced maltose (made in Japan) / leucine, lysine, valine, isoleucine, threonine, phenylalanine, sucrose fatty acid esters, citric acid, methionine, sweeteners (aspartame-L-phenylalanine compound, acesulfame K), histidine, tryptophan, shell calcium, lecithin (from soybean), flavouring, colour (vitamin B2).
Allergen: soybean. Contains phenylalanine (aspartame).

How to use

As a guide, 1–3 sticks a day. It is recommended to take the granules as they are, without dissolving them, together with water or another drink.

Cautions

Rarely it may not agree with you, depending on your constitution or condition; stop taking it if so.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or taking medicine, consult a doctor before taking it.
Contains soybean (lecithin) and phenylalanine (aspartame).
Keep out of the reach of infants and children.
