Purpose

Ajinomoto Amino Vital Active Fine: amino-acid granules (a food, not a medicine) in single sticks, with leucine-rich essential amino acids (LEAA), glutamine and arginine plus vitamins, for people who want to enjoy more exercise or top up amino acids easily.

Ingredients

Granules in sticks: 78 g (2.6 g × 30 sticks).
Per stick: leucine-rich essential amino acids (LEAA) 1,250 mg, glutamine 650 mg, arginine 300 mg; total amino acids 2.2 g (leucine 0.52 g, isoleucine 0.14 g, valine 0.14 g, glutamine 0.65 g, arginine 0.30 g, others 0.45 g); energy 10 kcal, protein 2.2 g, fat 0.05 g, carbohydrate 0.3 g, salt equivalent 0.0004 g, vitamin A 126 µg, B1 0.6 mg, B2 0.5 mg, B6 0.7 mg, B12 0.8 µg, niacin 3 mg, pantothenic acid 1.2 mg, vitamin D 1.4 µg.
Ingredients: glutamine, leucine, arginine, lysine, valine, isoleucine, acidulant, threonine, sucrose fatty acid esters, phenylalanine, methionine, sweeteners (aspartame-L-phenylalanine compound, acesulfame K), histidine, shell calcium, tryptophan, flavouring, niacin, calcium pantothenate, vitamins B6, B1, B2, A, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), vitamin D, vitamin B12.
None of the 28 labelled allergens. Contains phenylalanine (aspartame).

How to use

As a guide, 1–3 sticks a day. It is recommended to take the granules as they are, without dissolving them, together with water or another drink.

Cautions

Rarely it may not agree with you, depending on your constitution or condition; stop taking it if so.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or taking medicine, consult a doctor before taking it.
