Ingredients

Collagen powder; 196 g can (about 28 days at 7 g a day).
Ingredients: fish collagen peptide (made in Japan), maltodextrin, vegetable oil, coenzyme Q10, rice germ extract (containing ceramide) / trehalose, glucosamine, vitamin C, arginine, thickener (gum arabic), hyaluronic acid, emulsifier, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose), (contains milk, orange, soybean and gelatin).
Per 7 g: collagen peptide 5,000 mg, hyaluronic acid 20 mg, coenzyme Q10 10 mg, ceramide 1,200 µg, arginine 25 mg, glucosamine 60 mg, vitamin C 50 mg.

How to use

As a guide, take 7 g a day, dissolved in any drink or food you like (the 196 g can lasts about 28 days at 7 g a day).

Cautions

Contains milk, orange, soybean and gelatin; the collagen is from fish. Do not take it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
The maker may renew the product: always check the label on the pack you have.
