Main ingredients per sachet: vitamin D 25.0 µg, vitamin E 3.2 mg, vitamin B1 8.3 mg, vitamin B2 4.0 mg, niacin 5.0 mg, vitamin B6 4.3 mg, folic acid 267 µg, vitamin B12 23.0 µg, biotin 167 µg, pantothenic acid 10.0 mg, vitamin C 100 mg, zinc 5.0 mg, inositol 17 mg, vitamin P (hesperidin) 1.6 mg, Ampelopsis (vine tea) polyphenols 0.5 mg, DHA-containing refined fish oil 197 mg (DHA 92 mg, EPA 8 mg), olive leaf extract powder 1.2 mg, reduced coenzyme Q10 15 mg, lutein 5 mg, astaxanthin 2 mg, cyanidin-3-glucoside 1.2 mg, diosgenin 12.5 mg, ginkgo leaf flavonoid glycosides 14.4 mg, ginkgo leaf terpene lactones 3.6 mg, ferulic acid 50 mg, proteoglycan 5 mg, type II collagen 5 mg.
Allergens (of the 28 labelled): salmon, soybean, yam, gelatin.

How to use

As a guide, take 1–2 sachets a day with water.

Cautions

Pregnant or breast-feeding women and children should not take it.
Do not take it if you are on warfarin (an anticoagulant).
Urine may turn yellow; this is temporary, due to vitamin B2, and no cause for concern.
Contains salmon, soybean, yam and gelatin: do not take it if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
This is a food, not a medicine. If you are taking other medicine or under medical treatment, consult a doctor before taking it. Stop taking it if it does not agree with you.
