How to use

Take the contents of 1 sachet a day with water. Follow the directions on the package.

Cautions

Not to be taken by pregnant or breast-feeding women or by children.
Avoid using it together with other health foods containing isoflavones, and take care not to take too much.
The urine may turn yellow; this is temporary, caused by vitamin B2, and is no cause for concern.
This is a food, not a medicine. Do not take it if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. If you are taking medicine or under medical treatment, consult a doctor before taking it.
