Description

It is usually used for the treatment of aenorrhea, abnormal menstrual cycle (oligomenorrhea, multiple menstruation), abnormal menstrual flow (low menstruation, excessive menstruation), difficult menstruation, functional uterine bleeding, uterine stunting, ovarian deficiency, menopausal disorders, infertility

Dosing schedule/Directions

Your dosing schedule must be prescribed by your doctor or a healthcare professional.

The usual adult dosage is 5 to 10 mg given intramuscularly every 1 to 4 weeks.

The dose may be adjusted according to the patient's symptoms.

Warnings

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist

If you have previously experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicines. If you are a patient with renal disorder.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

Do not administer to the following patients:

Estrogen-dependent malignancies (eg breast cancer, endometrial cancer) and suspected patients [may promote tumor exacerbation or manifestation]

Patients with a history of breast cancer [Breast cancer may recur]

Patients with untreated endometrial hyperplasia [because endometrial hyperplasia may be associated with cell atypia]

Patients with thrombophlebitis or pulmonary embolism or patients with a history of thrombophlebitis [may worsen or relapse]

Patients with arterial thromboembolic disease (eg, coronary heart disease, stroke) or a history of it [see "Other precautions"]

Patients with severe liver damage [Symptoms may worsen due to decreased metabolic capacity and increased burden on the liver]

Patients with undiagnosed abnormal genital bleeding [If the bleeding is due to endometrial cancer, it may promote the exacerbation or manifestation of the cancer]

Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant [Refer to "Administration to pregnant women, pregnant women, lactating women, etc."]

Storing Conditions

・Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight and heat.

・Discard the remainder, do not store.
